The Dada wines series are special because they remind us of the importance of freedom and that art is found everywhere in the world, including a glass of wine!
Dada 3 has a full taste and is totally dedicated to spices. The wine is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah and has surprised us with a wonderful balance between fresh fruit and spices.
Intense aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and many spices pop off the glass. A delicious spicy wine rich in pepper, cinnamon, coconut and ripe black fruit. A beautiful complex wine with delicate tannins and delicious full long finish.
Dada Movement: Dada or Dadaism is a cultural movement that emerged as a response to the First World War. A group of artists wanted to rebel against the rules and laws of society. Dada is an art just below the reality, because the artists were concerned with the use of objects that actually existed. Dada stands for freedom and art is everywhere. So why a beautifully made wine could not be an art? The Dada wines are the ultimate expression of art in a bottle and they are attempting to make everyone realize that art really is everywhere!
Dada actually has only one rule and that is that there are no rules. Thus, the renowned winemaker Eduardo Casa Demon therefore went to work and has created a wonderful series of Dada wines. Eduaro Casademont is a man who always listened to his heart, he has travelled the world to follow his passion for wine. He makes wines for everyone who likes to enjoy the small moments of life.
Eduardo has been recognized as a winemaker in his native Argentina since 1985. He has over 20 years of experience in renowned vineyards throughout the country. In 2001 he joined Las Moras. Eduardo is here to follow his passion by working in a natural environment and making artisan wines.
The Las Moras winery has been repeatedly voted “Argentinean wine producer of the Year” at the International Wine & Spirits Competition! In addition, it was elected during the “Mondiales Sélection des Vins 2010” in Canada as “Best Wine Producer of the World”. After so many wins, Eduardo dares to say that every bottle that leaves the winery conveys a drop of Argentine culture.
