Description: Anterra, or ancient land in Italian, refers to the long, rich viticultural history of the Veneto region. Produced by the Mezzacorona winery, Anterra is located in heart of the Dolomites along the Italian Alps. It is the ideal environment to create elegant, vivid and crispy varietal wines. Vinification occurs in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The steel tanks, casks, barrels and bottling lines are extremely sophisticated and are a symbol of oenological excellence of Mezzacorona. Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay are dominant in the Dolomites. They are well known for their floral tones, exotic fruit, ripe aromas and silky smoothness on the palate. Mezzacorona is the largest Italian estate producer of these two varietals.
