Description: This Sotol Hacienda from Chihuahua Anejo is a fermented drink with champagne yeasts. This Sotol Anejo is aged two years in French oak barrel. More marked by earth notes than other Sotol anejos and less spicy than tequila, this version is full of flavour. For dry consumption in a tasting glass to release all its aromas.
