Description: Deep, impressive ruby-red colour, which suggests concentrated grapes harvested at the right moment. Its nose is governed by pleasant notes of plum, raspberry and sweet spices, while on the palate chocolate and subtle hints of vanilla can be appreciated. A very structured, balanced, long and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon.This wine is a great option to accompany burgers, grilled meats and chorizo. It also goes great with strong cheeses, lamb, hearty stews and pasta, beef – strong, marinated or barbequed – poultry, and highly seasoned sauces.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is made from one of Chile’s most awarded wineries. Very approachable and easy drinking it immediately displays rich concentrated blackcurrant flavours. Well balanced it has a long finish.

Taste: Luscious and jammy reds are medium-bodied, full-bodied or very full-bodied wines that combine ripe berry notes and pronounced jammy flavours. You can discern notes of cherry jam, wild berry jam or dark plum in these wines. Ripe tannins add the necessary structure for pairing the wines with food.

Food Pairings: Wines with rich flavours and aromas are a good choice when serving meat dishes. Try with BBQ-marinated pork ribs, beef and vegetable skewers or T bone steaks.

Serve: Red wines are best served slightly below room temperature, at 16–18°C. Chilling a bottle from room temperature to the perfect serving temperature takes about half an hour in a fridge.
