Description: Elegant wine with fine balance and juicy notes of ripe, but not overripe fruit. The wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Mendoza at an altitude of 750-1100 meters above sea level, on alluvial soil, covered with boulders. Harvested by hand and destebliruetsya. The fermentation and maceration last for more than 25 days. Then, compressed air must press and placed in French and American oak barrels, where the natural malolactic fermentation and aging for a year. After aging the wine is assembled, filtered and bottled.

Trapiche is a leading exporter of premium Argentine wines. It was founded by an Argentine politician and businessman Tiburcio Benegas in 1883 as a small distillery "El Trapiche", whose territory is occupied only 6.5 hectares. Today the farm owned by the investment company "Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette". In 2004 and 2008, the competition "International Wine and Spirit Competition" Trapiche farm was recognized as "Manufacturer of the Year" ("Argentinian wine producer of the year"). For several years (2007-2009 gg.) Farm was awarded the nomination "Hot Brand" by the magazine Impact Magazine's.
